13th Annual Keith Tozer 3v3 Charity Soccer Tournament
Join Milwaukee Wave Coach Keith Tozer and Milwaukee Wave players for a weekend of soccer fun!
Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer and Milwaukee Wave of Kindness are excited to benefit from the 2007 Keith Tozer 3V3 Charity Soccer Tournament on August 4th and 5th at Uihlein Soccer Park. The tournament is open to anyone aged six and up. Registrants will be guaranteed three games, an official tournament t-shirt, a chance to meet Keith Tozer and one ticket for a 2007-2008 Wave Indoor Soccer game.
In addition to the tournament, players have the opportunity to raise money through pledges, a new feature of the tournament called “Friends asking Friends”. The official Tournament Web Site features user friendly “e-tools” to help participants manage their fundraising efforts in a secure online environment. The top 3 fundraisers in excess of $100 will win a Trek bike, Wave Package or an overnight stay at Kalahari Wisconsin Dells. Raise a minimum of $20 online and your name will be entered into a drawing to win a Trek bike. Learn more and register online today.
There will be a great raffle and silent auction with several fantastic prizes. As an added bonus, Wave players will hold an autograph session on Saturday, August 4th. Don’t forget to bring your cameras!
Proceeds benefiting the MACC Fund will support critical pediatric cancer and related blood disease research. The primary beneficiary of MACC Fund support is the Midwest Children’s Cancer Center with research conducted in MACC Fund Research Center of the Medical College of Wisconsin. We are also proud to support ongoing research efforts underway at the Paul P. Carbone Comprehensive Cancer Center of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
