American English MACC Fund Benefit Concert
On Friday, February 1st, American English, a Beatles tribute band, will take The Players Choice in Appleton by storm. Proceeds from the show will benefit the MACC Fund and critical pediatric cancer and related blood disorder research.
Fans love American English whose show includes songs from the Beatles early years fondly remembered by their legendary appearance on the "Ed Sullivan Show." The annual concert sells-out each year and was the dream and creation of longtime MACC Fund friend and supporter, Greg Thompson. An avid Beatles fan, and a devotee of American English, Thompson worked tirelessly to bring this benefit concert to the MACC Fund.
The show will start at 7:30pm with doors opening at the Players Choice at 630pm. Tickets are for sale in advance at all Fox Cities US Bank locations for $12 each. You can also get your tickets at the door for $15 each.
Proceeds will benefit the MACC Fund and the fight again pediatric cancer and related blood diseases. The primary beneficiary of MACC Fund support is the Midwest Children's Cancer Center of the Medical College of Wisconsin with research conducted in the MACC Fund Research Center. We are also proud to support research at the Paul P. Carbone Comprehensive Cancer Center of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
