The 26th Annual Brookfield Jaycees Basketball Marathon Benefits the MACC Fund
The Brookfield Jaycees have contributed more than $265,000 to the MACC Fund in support of critical pediatric cancer and blood disorder research. This amazing donation represents proceeds from their annual Basketball Marathon which will celebrate its 26th year in 2010.
The 26th Annual Brookfield Jaycees Basketball Marathon will round out March madness the weekend of March 26-27. The action tips off at on Friday, March 26th and games continue through Saturday, March 27th. All are welcome to participate, pledge or watch the Marathon at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 12130 West Center Street in Wauwatosa.
Local companies, church groups, families, friends and other organizations get teams of all ages and level together to play hard and raise pledges for the MACC Fund and critical pediatric cancer research. Teams get one full hour of full-court time complete with referees and score-keeping provided.
If you don't have a team to play with, the Jaycees will assign you to a team. It's a great time for a great cause. We hope to see you there!
