2010 Bob & Brian Plane Pull!
2010 Bob & Brian Plane Pull set for October 2nd

Once again co-ed teams of 12 will attempt to pull a Frontier Airlines E190 aircraft 15 feet across the tarmac in less than 10 seconds. The event will again take place at the Frontier Airlines Maintenance Facility at 555 Air Cargo Way, Milwaukee.
The Bob and Brian Plane Pull is presented by Frontier Airlines and Laacke & Joys. Teams will compete for the top prize of complimentary roundtrip travel to any Frontier Airlines destination compliments of the airline. The second place team will receive day packs from The North Face compliments of Laacke & Joys.
Last year’s event raised $10,300 for the MACC Fund bringing the cumulative total from Plane Pull donations to just under $67,000. Sponsorship opportunities are available; please contact Donna Schnapp at (414) 456-5831.

- Two of Milwaukee’s favorite morning hosts, Bob and Brian of 102.9 THE HOG will emcee the day’s activities
- All-Star Mascot Pull
- 6th annual Kid’s Pull
- “Survivor Pull” with Kids who battled cancer and won
- “Kid’s Area” with clowns Jer-Bear and Chocolotta, face painting and balloon animals
- Great food and refreshments
The MACC Fund, Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer, Inc. has contributed over $36 million to pediatric cancer and related blood disorders research. Since the inception of the MACC Fund in 1976, the overall cure rate of childhood cancer has increased from 20% to 80%. Great things are being accomplished in the MACC Fund Research Center of the Medical College of Wisconsin, at the UW Carbone Cancer Center in Madison in the MACC Fund Childhood Cancer Research Wing and in the MACC Fund Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
