Online Event Registration

The MACC Fund, Inc. is pleased to offer online registration through our web site. We also have a strong partnership with kintera.com and offer online registration via their site as well. Please read the disclaimers and policies put forth by kintera.com or other online registration sites associated with a particular event to familiarize yourself with each company’s terms and conditions of use.

Entry fees for any MACC Fund event, online registered or manual registration, cannot be refunded.

In the event that the MACC Fund, Inc. introduces technologies or programs on our web site that would affect the privacy interests of our visitors, we will amend and update our policies.

Email messages transmitted to the MACC Fund are not posted for viewing by other website users. We understand the importance of privacy to our supporters, donors, and friends visiting our web site. As such, it is the policy of the MACC Fund not to give or sell confidential or personal information about our supporters, donors, and friends to any third party. In simple terms, this means that we will not share or release your email address or other personal information without your permission. We treat our data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. Access to data is limited to MACC Fund personnel.

All e-commerce transactions made via the MACC Fund’s website are conducted in a secure environment. This includes online gifts and any purchases made through our “Shop 4 Hope” online store. We provide this secure environment using state-of-the-art SSL technology provided through hosting.com (our hosting provider) and Kintera Blackbaud (our online e-commerce provider).

Shipping, Handling & Returning Online Merchandise

All pricing includes Shipping & Handling charges.

Items purchased from the MACC Fund web site or Trek 100 site will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. In the event that an item in our e-commerce catalog is out-of-stock or has become unavailable, a MACC Fund representative will contact with you to make special arrangements.

All items will be shipped via the US Postal Service. Special shipping arrangements can be made by contacting us via e-mail or by calling our offices at 1.800.248.8735. The purchaser will incur an additional, related shipping charges when special arrangements are requested.

In the event of a return, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

A full refund will be issued for undamaged, unused merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase and original packaging must accompany merchandise. Please send returns to:
